Financial Survival- Clearing Your Stress and Anxiety Attacks

The Fear Factor- the Anxiety…

I completely understand the fear factor, the sinking feeling, and the feelings that your entire financial future is on the verge of collapse, and the breathing, the hyper heart rate…

You sometimes are not sure where to head next….

Financial Salvation, From Right Thinking, and Anxiety is Crushed

Ok, that was a complex title.

Let me break it down.

You are most likely looking at this page, as you are worried about financial management, specifically, your own.

Now, if that is not already enough, on top of everything, you are also finding that your stress levels, and your ability to manage your anxiety seem to be heading out the window.

Seriously, from my past experience, the only thing to do, is almost like cutting a power cord, to stop the flow of electricity, so that we can regroup, and pick ourselves up.

I say the only way is to literally Stop, and then start to look logically, and systematically at the whole situation.

What are we feeling?  I actually take the time to think each step through, and tell, and convince myself my anxiety is just my way of reacting to a situation.

Now, as you and I both know, that method has not worked in the past, because of several things.

  1. We have not passed our anxiety and worry stage.
  2. We are no better off than we were before
  3. We need to really look at alternative solutions, and they do exist.

My recommendation is to forget the whole financial thing. I am not suggesting you should be irresponsible, or anything like that, but rather, suggesting that you shioft your focus.

You see, as is taught in many abundance and prosperity courses, when we focus solely on money, or our problems with it, we attract more of the problems.

So, how doe we overcome this?

We focus on the provision of service to others.

I know it seems so simple, but it is 100% accurate.

By doing something well, like service provision for others, we can better assist ourselves, by helping others.

It takes all the focus on the problem away, and transfers our energies to something creative, that in turn, brings us rewards, the other way around.

I am not so naive as to suggest you can just flip a switch, and see this all happen, but in every way that I can convey this, the principle I am discussing is a sound concept, and does work.

It is one of those things that you have to extend a littl efaith, give a push to, and make yourself do it, to see the result.

I explain this in a similar manner to explaining my feelings when I had to clean a store room, that was very messy.

Have you seen those situations ( where there is so much to do, you are almost over whellemed in terms of where t start.  My suggestion is to do as I did, just pick a corner, and start.

It may even become a little more messy as you progress, till you reach a point where it turns around.

Reason- you are pulling things off a shelf to make more room, and start an order, and for a few short moments, it looks like the mess is getting bigger.

However, in a few minutes, or hours at most, the mess clears, and you start to see an order forming.

This is a very similar situation I am referring to here.

You start slow, eliminating, or at least, ignoring your financial issue for the moment, and then concentrate on getting something done.

By so doing, you are achieving something, that will likely help you to make back, and put in order your financial problem, as well as you rendering service to others.

When you are focused on giving, you willfind that so much more comes back to you.

It is an incredible, yet universal concept.
