Success, Financial Management, and Reducing Our Anxiety and Worry

In writing about this important topic, during the closing part of the world financial crisis, I want to assure you all, my readers, that I understand the pain of a difficult period of time.

I say this as I have had my own battles to fight, so am very familiar with this situation. It is for this reason that I would like to assist, by sharing some of my experiences with you, to help you ease your anxiety and panic, as uncertainty can cause this very panic to sear through to the surface.

Amongst various books I have read I have found the Seed Money Book has helped me understand the way that financial systems work, and by applying this methodology, have been able to relax a little more, and concentrate on helping  others as well, to insure a successful business for myself, and others.

This has in turn, assisted me to relax more, and concentrate on giving to others, which has had an automatic affect of helping me and those I work with to prosper as well.

The primary areas to look at for reducing stress and anxiety, from a financial, and general point of view, is to look long and hard at the way we think. This is so important, as all our reactions are structured, based on our thoughts and methods of reacting to a situation.

I am working as hard as I can to convey my meaning in words to you, on this page, as the feelings of desperation were overwhelming, to the point that I ws not always thibking anywhere near as clearly as I could.

I realized, the hard way, that I had to convince myself that I can alter my thinking, and when I actually took that leap of faith, and did what I was telling others to do, the changes started to happen.

There is nothing more liberating to put in the effort, and know that it will work out in time, given the effort.

I am speaking from real experience.

I know it is hard, when we look at things from the wrong perspective.

However, turning the issues of difficulty into opportunity, and taking the bull by the horns, as it were, and having faith, changed my anxiety into a driving force which is now positive, and affirmative.

I am not suggesting it was not scary, or fearful, on the contrary, it was terrifying, but I knew I was working through my problems, and my anxiety slowly began to dissipate.

I also used programs to help me, during my rest time, like the Panic and Anxiety Management program, as well as my belief in the laws of wealth, and knew I was going to be OK.

I am hoping very much to show you the methods that have worked for me, to aid me in overcoming my fear, and anxiety, as I was really at a point where I was so anxious, I actually was achieving nothing.

I can understand that some people wpould like a step by step guide on achieving this.

I will write about this tomorrow.

Stay focused and you’ll succeed at just about anything.

The challenge though for most people is avoiding distractions.

But when you stay focused, stay on track, keep your vision in mind,
you keep your goals alive, you keep your desires alive and you feed your
mind and subconscious mind the thoughts and beliefs to help you succeed.

Unfortunately, most people get distracted, and in the process lose sight of what
they want, lose their real desire – and their goals fade. Then one day they realize
they want those goals back, you want to succeed, and now you have to
get back on track.
