How Can I Move Into a State of Induced Calm?

For many people, the state of generalised anxiety is a common one, where they may not even remember the times when they were care free and happy.

The reasons for this will vary from person to person, but generally, be associated with a built up of worry and tension, as a result of external problems.

Whilst I will describe a technique that is quite effective below, it will not eliminate the problems, but hgewlp you see a fresh perspective, and thus, a better mindset to help you resolve them.

Put another way, you will be able to be more effective solving problems, when you are not overtaken by the worry they can cause.

Releasing the General Anxiety You have Harboured

You may feel jumpy, irritable, and generally, out of sorts. I certainly know this feeling,a s I have suffered from stress caused by financial worries in the past, and well know the feeling of not sleeping well, waking up worried, and it is like a cloud over your whole life, let alone your day.

Even though it is easy to say, the best solution is to look at releasing the anxiety through a released calm process.

Remember, that in order to return to a clam state, you will need to accept that you have been very tense, and that you would like to return to a state of calm, and control again. This will require you to accept that you will need to change your attitude, even of it is a little hard at first.

Only with acceptance, can there be a change towards healing.

The best way to try to explain this is by the use of a method, I call non resistance.

When you agree that you will need to let the anxiety in, and actually tell it to give you all its got, you will then see that it can only go so far, and no further. At this point, you own the anxiety, and now, can accept it, and take control over it, by turning it around. I know it is easy to say, but I can assure you that no one has ever died of an anxiety attack.

By agreeing to release, change your attitiude to what it will take, and then, OWN your anxiety, command it to come out in full force.

You will find, that by calling the bluff, it will simply shrivel up, and give up.

It can’t deal with it at all, and it will crumble, and give in.
