I understand this may be a bit of news to you, but it’s true- it really does make a difference when you have a healthy intake of water.

It has been found that a vast number of people actually do not drink enough water per day ( normally, eight glasses minimum per person is required), and thus, many people are simply too dehydrated to manage to get the intake of liquid they need. What does this mean to you?

In many cases, it has been found that drinking water just prior to a panic attack will massively reduce it, as the body is likely craving fluid.

I was stunned when I first came across this piece of information, but have found it to be true.

The fact is that the fluid in our bodies is critial to allowing us to transfer the nutrients in our body to the right places, as well as eliminating all waste products.

Whilst you may think this is simply very interesting, you can see for yourself, that should you ever feel an attack of anxiety coming on, try a drink of water, and see how much better you start to feel.
