Panic attacks can affect any one from time to time.

The best way to cope with an anxiety attack is to understand the way it works- or what causes them in the first place.
Fortunately, others have been through this series of challenges before, and know that you can overcome your preoblem.
A significant number of others have suffered, and still do, but fortunately, there is a solution.
It is all about the way you train yourself to think, as this is a mental management issue. I do not wish to offend anyone, but rather say that it is something we all need to recognize.
